I was about to purchase an Ion Tape Express Plus, but was told by
Silent700 in #classiccmp that his imposes an abnoxious throbbing
noise to the audio. Does anyone have any different experiences with
that unit? Can you recommend something good other than the Ion one?
If you are looking for reel to reel I would highly recommend Nagra,
but they are a bit pricey.
