The Swedish title was "N?r valarna kom"; the actual Swedish text was
done by Fredrik Nord for Svensk Text AB. That's all the information
that I have. It could well be that this film was never released with
foreign-language subtitles--just that they were prepared and filed away.
As I understand things, VHS for PAL never had any built-in
closed-captioning capability. Perhaps the customer is looking now
toward a DVD release of the film with Swedish subtitles.
At any rate, it's interesting.
