Seriously, I love the idea but see no good way to
market it to
the average user.
Why does "the average user" matter here? Such people have no use for
schematics, detailed ASIC data, etc. This strikes me as rather like
building a solar-powered car for racing and worrying that it doesn't
work well to carry groceries home from the supermarket.
