No. Take the flat head screw (shown)...
remove the bevel on the back edge (so the head
is a slice of a cylinder)
Then, make the head *half* that thickness.
As I said... imagine a *nail* with a slot cut in it... Some PC cases are coming with screws like that (if I
understand
correctly) but I don't know what thread/pitch they are...
Maybe if you let us know what you need to use them with, we might be
able to find some kicking around...
I use them for mounting drives (tape, disk, etc.) in those
cases where you mount from below.
