I think if you want to make a rational decision about
using paypal (or any other service or buying any
product) you have to evaluate the ratio of number of
complaints to number of transactions, and ignore the
"squeaky wheel" people who tend to amplify problems,
note also that paypalwarning.com advertises merchant
accounts on their home page
