Ok...work with me for a minute. So little is used to interface this sparse set of chips to
a pc card bus. But the Trident chip must have been designed to interface w/ISA or PCI
systems. Therefore doesn't appear that this chip "set" is largely bus
agnostic? Here's a picture of a PCI card (I would imagine an early one):
