I would argue it is. Verbs at the end, objects get
tagged along
the way, phrases stack. I remember laughing out loud when I
made that realization during Japanese class.
Technically it is "left branching" a/k/a "head final" but it works
out
the same way. (I have to make *some* use of that linguistics degree.)
