that on a TV set where many users probably can't service it. But on an
ICE? An instrument used by microcomputer designers? Be serious!
Eh...those labels are only put there to placate the manufacturers'
legal departments.
But the user manual for this ICE tels you to take it apart to swap board
(but there are 'no user-servicable components on the tbe boards'), set the
serial port configuration swtiches, and so on. Consideirng it contains a
bare-PCB SMPSU, I would habe thought the hazards in working on a board of
5V logic were minimal by comparison.
