Windows 1.0?

To the best of my knowledge, there was no Windows 1.00. As I recall, we released 1.03 as the first version. 1.03 was available only on 360K 5 1/4" and had no VGA support. 1.04 was the same as 1.03 except it was available only on 720K 3 1/2" and supported the PS/2 _exclusively_.
