Unfortunately, the Seattle headquarters holds the auctions not monthly,
not weekly, but DAILY, and at 8:30 AM !!!
I just found out our local Salvation Army does the same thing every
Tuesday and Thursday at 8:30 AM. I gather everything is in cash (I was
told no checks) and there is a $2 or $3 admission charge. I meant to
check it out yesterday but missed it. There is always tomorrow :).
