It takes a little more than a nav computer to
create a problem. All of the
arming equipment that is reposnible for the "nuclear consent" is destroyed
on-site, even trainer equipment.
If you've got access to the warhead, all you need is a power supply, a
capacitor bank and the desire to become component atoms. :)
