Of this screen grab I know: VSXXX-GA mouse, LK201-AA keyboard.
Can anyone provide any more information please?
I don't know the DEC model number, but it used a plasma panel made by Planar
Systems. My recollection was that the resolution was slightly more than
1024x768.
