Nope, the Apple Network Servers were basically Apple-badged RS/6000s.
Not really, more like bizarre 9500s. They're Power Macs, but they have a
different SCSI-2 chipset and video hardware, and use strange CPU cards.
Still great machines. stockholm, this server, is an ANS 500/200.
