feeling that most of them don't have inventory, but "know
someone" who does, and there's only a few stockpiles that a lot of
resellers list parts from.
Half true - many have inventory piles, but there is a lot of behind
the scenes bargaining with those "someones".
One of the big reasons for RFQ and PUR is to keep cheapskates away.
