It is from Maynard Electronics, 1988. The large

The FCC ID number is D8I6I2 60201.
Just taking a wild guess, I suspect that this is some sort of SCSI
Controller. However, I could not find it in the TH99 archives. The
I think the 33C93 is a SCSI interface chip (I've seen it in other
machines), so your guess is likely to be correct. But it may have come
with some particular device (CD-ROM, tape streamer, etc) and there may
never have been 'standard' MS-DOS drivers for that card.
