Right now, we tend to name physical machines after
our pets, and virtual
machines after cities. I don't think they've forgiven me for naming one of
them "truth-or-consequences" (New Mexico).

stockholm (AIX ANS 500), helsinki (NetBSD PM 7300), oslo (PM G4), reykjavik
(Solbourne), thule (NetBSD IIci), sondrestrom (AMOS Alpha Micro),
godthaab (NetBSD Q605), uppsala (staging for the p720)
Don't ask how that got started.
