Yes, That is the one.
Years ago when I worked for the U. of Miami, I recued
one of the SCM ones from the reclaim. I couldn't keep
it but used it to do many calculations.
I could be wrong about the tape, it may have been
punch cards. I do recall one could connect some way
of loading a program.
The one I used was just the machine without extras.
As I recall it had two delay lines. It would boot from
a small metal tape.
