John Lawson was over yesterday and was speculating that it probably had a
7-track drive head. I'd never considered it myself, so it would be quite
a surprise if it is. I'm going to look into it more. It supposedly still
worked when it was given to me (by a couple who used to work for Mohawk
Data Systems in Germany and then Texas).
I also found a sales brochure for this at the Computer History Museum the
other day as I was going through some documents.
