I'm fairly flummoxed. I'm not very mechanically inclined, so it's not
obvious to me how to get them out. I did find one bracket that seemed
to be holding the metal plate under the drive down to the bottom of the
case, and removed it, but it didn't seem to help, so there must still be
something else holding it.
