Add a 3rd DPDT relay with the coil connected to the Q output as a
reversing switch. The pushbutton (DPST) should have a second set of
contacts to control main power to the motor.

True, good catch. And, it looks like this could also be used to
simplify the SIMON design, if desired. It'd still take 3 relays, but
only 1 triple pole one
