The card sorter will be heading off to Binghamton, NY where it will become part of an IBM
1440 restoration project at the Center for Technology and Innovation. Chances are pretty
good that the sorter was actually built in Endicott, NY so it will be returning home after
a 50+ year absence.
Thanks to all who made an effort to keep this relic from the crusher!
