know of have
an "All surplus must be destroyed" policy. Destroying PCs I can understand
(data protection), but destroying the cables too?
That's in case there are any data bits still in the cables that
haven't been flushed out. (the actual reason that was given why
all RAM chips must be removed from machines before they are sold!)
