What has that got to do with a buggy/incomplete RIOS? Can't a CP/M CBIOS
be written to use ROM routines rahter than talk to the hardware directly?
No reason why not that I can see. For that matter, why not shove most of
CP/M into ROM? I think I might just do that one of these days, except
replacing some of the standard stuff with improved versions, like SD for
DIR, etc.
