I could use a dump of the Zilog Z8671 and National Semiconductor INS8073

In the case of the Z8, is this somethign that can be read out using a
BASIC program running on said device? I built a test board using that
chip many years ago, if I can find it, and if it still works, I can
power it up and give it a simple program.
And in the case of INS8073, I can do this too. It has been a while
(like, oh, 30 yrs) since I have played with that micro so I'll need
to remember how to find / access the ROM. The little machine does run
though so if we can write a BASIC program to access the ROM, we can get
the image.
