Well, it's obscrue enough that I had to look it up, and I've worked on
many TTL-based devices. I don't think I've ever seen one.
Is there a datasheet for it on the web?
Dunno. If anyone needs it, I do have the datasheet, and would find some
way to get the information to you if you were trying to repair a classic
computer or something like that.
