Well, presuambly you have to know the German standrds when you want to
order DIN41612 conenctors for VME or Nubus boards :-)
Yes, but presumably they actually call them DIN41612 in their country
of origin. I've NEVER seen these called FCC68 connectors here, though
that doesn't mean no one does.
More seriosuly, I have no idea what FCC part 68 covers
(anyone?). And I
certainly don't like the name. I am simply pointing out that they are
sometimes called 'FCC68' connectors over here, it's a possible search term
if nothing else will find what you need.
Agreed. It's probably more accurate than RJ11, in any case.
