There seems to be a personal-use license from XX2247
LLC for RT-11,
RSTS/E, RSX-11M, and RSX-11M+ at:

I've not looked (And can't look for the moment). What does this license
actually permit (does it allow the use of these OSes on real hardware or
just on emulators?) Do I have to apply for anything, if some what/how?
