Yes, indeed it does. Go search for some. NOW.
There is a problem with the NOS folded paper tape. The paper is acidic,
and the folds themselves are the primary failure point. If it isn't new,
it's no good for our purposes.
We did fold a large quantity of the oiled stuff to get us past the early
stage of diagnostics on the KI10, but the reader really really doesn't
like the oiled tape, which is translucent and plays Hob with the optical
read head.
