What I would have liked is a *nix termcap/terminfo entry for it. I've just
spent the day playing with terminfo - I now have a terminfo entry for the F1+
that makes the 3x2 control keypad (above the arrow keys) act like it does on
a PC keyboard. I missed the Home, Delete and End keys and couldn't find
anything on Google that mentioned their locations on a VT220 keyboard...
