Yes, it's essentially a slow, cheap, not so hot,
and therefore plastic, 2147.
It's an SRAM, 4Kx1 with separate I/O and in an 18-pin package.

Is that the same as 2147 ?
Is it static or dynamic RAM ?

Subject: Looking for TMS4044-450
Hello Group,
I am currently restoring an SWTPc/09 for wich I will need some
TMS4044 ( 4k x 1 sram ). They seem to be are unobtainable here and I would
rather not hack to PCB to accept some other SRAM size .
Anybody has some spare that they are willing to let go ?
I'm looking for 4 to 5 devices.
