Is that the extender board made by Bob Mullen? It has his name on the
top RH corner and the model number TB-2. There's a single 7 segment
display on the top LH side. If that's what you have then I have docs for it.

Jade made a thing called The Bus Probe which contained several rows of
LEDs. But not corresponding switches, so that cannot be it. Besides,
the way the thing is labled, there would be no confusion as to whose
product and what it was for :)
