KA630 emulator: minor milestone!

A few of you may recall that I was, some years ago, working on a KA630 emulator and was stuck getting the ROM code to like the console SLU. (I want to eventually get it to the point of running NetBSD/vax and possibly other VAX OSes.) I now have it passing POST! It gets to the point of KA630-A.V1.3 Performing normal system tests. 7..6..5..4..3.. Tests completed. It can't go any further yet, both because I haven't implemented any potentially bootable peripherals and because I haven't implemented console serial input (and thus can't type any commands at the prompt).
