Since my employer lets me host in our server room at no charge, I feel
it's
only right that I minimize my use of their bandwidth. I have had
several people inform me that I should either speed up the download for them
or pay for hosting to make downloads faster to avoid wasting their time.
Most of those Id10T's end up on the ban list.
