From an Apple presskit dated 9/15/86:
AppleColor Composite Monitor: $379 (platinum color, no IIe designation. Just
says it's for all Apple II models)
Apple 5.25 Drive: $299; controller kit: $69
I have more Apple press material, but will have to do more digging to find
the other items. I'm pretty sure I have a press release on the ImageWriter
II; not so sure about the other items.
