While looking for info on the SC/MP developing system from National i stumbled on this

Some time ago i found one of these systems. It also included the original datasheets from
National. It says that the voltage on pin 40 must be -7Volt.
When you need more info i can send you a scan of the datasheets.
Unfortunately my system doesn't function. So i'm looking for the scematics.
Maybe you can help me out?
