Resets the logic; we had them hang periodically & segment goes dead.
What do the indicator lights mean?
Blink to traffic/solid hang as I recall.
What happens if the DEMPR is powered
down, do the segments simply partition with each segment remaining good
by itself, or do the segments themselves become unusable?
