Tony, are you sure that the controller you thought was
for X1215
cartridge disc drives wasn't instead an F1MB 8" floppy controller?
It's possible I guess. but...
This board was in my P854 when I got the machine. There was also the
nromal 2-board stack (each a dulbe eurocard) that was connected ot a pair
of CDC floppy drives. The board I think was an X1215 controller had a
cabel plguged into it ending in the right conenctor fo such a drive, and
the guy who gave me the machine said it had be used with an X1215.
