From the looks of it, the plotter may have been
stripped of it's boards or
wiring. It's difficult to tell from the photos.
It may very well be worth
salvaging though even if the original control boards and/or wiring have
been stripped by the scavengers.
There's a TI printing terminal in the pics too.
