The obvious answer is to talk to them to re-publish and/or
redistribute in the States. Fix the errors, 'mericanize the
English, you're all set to sell to geek museums.
Producing such a calendar could be a lot of work... finding
the cherry systems, taking a great photo, printing the color
correctly, etc.
