I believe the 360s at LCM came from the American
Computer Museum in
Bozeman, MT
Several of our 360s came from ACM, but the first was acquired Perth,
Australia, by my friend and former colleague Ian King. He was written
up in the Wall Street Journal (with several errors of fact) for that
adventure.
LCM would not have gotten anything from the
Smithsonian
I'm not sure why you make this comment. There's nothing about the
Smithsonian on the page I visited, and we certainly have never made
any claims to that provenance.
