My first 80286 AT system was based around a Faraday "A Tease" board
that I bought sans BIOS ROMs. I copied the BIOS code using DEBUG
from a genuine PC-AT onto a floppy and burned my own
ROMs for the
Faraday. Worked fine and had 2 serial and 1 parallel port already on
the mobo. I used it until I upgraded to a 386 board. I still have
the schematics for it.
