The company's name is XX2247,
If I'm not mistaken, the company name is actually XX2247 LLC. They
seem to be keeping a very low profile.
The principals in XX2247 are well known in the
PDP-11 arena.
The only name I can find associated with it is Dave Carroll, formerly
of Mentec, formerly of DEC.
There seems to be a personal-use license from XX2247 LLC for RT-11,
RSTS/E, RSX-11M, and RSX-11M+ at:
