Yes, TIM is the name of the 6502 monitor that Commodore shipped
on tape with BASIC 1.0 PETs and included in ROM on later PETs.
ISTR it was available for other machines as well - it's compact
and provides rudimentary functionality (display/alter/load/save
memory, display/alter 6502 registers, begin execution, and,
importantly, catch BRK instructions (executing a 0x00).
