These are 100uf 55VAC, IIRC, and definitely
electrolytic. I had one
that squirted goo (which had gone all crusty).

The capacitors could be oil-filled, hence the 'goo' they'd squirt. Said
oil might be nasty and carcinogenic, mind you. (PCBs)
But 100uF is rather high for it to be a non-electrolytic.
