A lot of Ultrastor, DTC and Future Domain controllers use it. If
you have one of the DTK Mini-micro floppy controllers, you'll find it
there as well.
I'm going to assume that Dave didn't write any code that special-
cased and eliminated 128 byte MFM sectors. 22Disk can handle them,
but I don't believe that we left the Altos definition in because of
the special-need controller.
