Who
manufactured your 7429s? I am also having difficulty in finding any
info on them. Right now I cannot locate my early "DATA" book on ICs, but
that should have it. Everything else skips right over 7429. Knowing the
manufacturer may help as I have a lot of the early TTL manufacturers
manuals.
I have to admit I don't remember a 7429 either. The only things
around that is a FIFO series 7429-xx I think with up to 4k, and
a bunch of drivers, named 7429xxx.
