Well, you can run it on Intel, and Mac OS X is heavily based on NeXTstep.
You can run AfterStep on Mac OS X. But if you *really* want the NeXTstep
feel on a Mac, I've got a copy of Mac OS X Server 1.0 right here. Now all I
need is some beige G3 hardware.
