Jos,
Cleaning and rinsing the keyboard and replacing the plastic sheet between the keys does in
most cases the trick.
If that doesn't work you neef to replace the sheet metal of the key, which isn't
easy. But i have a spare hp45 keyboard which you can have to experiment with.
The power issue is problably caused by the vontact strip at the power connector, cleaning
and a little bending will fix it.
