No, it is a water solution with something like borate in it. It looks
like clear water. Some of the newer paper ones used a paste or
gel but the older cans when opened, it just looked like water.

Incidnetally, I have heard of a TV set that leaked water onto the floor,
and no the cause was not a vase of flowers on top of it. Any ideas?
