If they are closing their doors, I might consider
taking over that business
as far as orders, accounting, etc., but I would NOT want to house a
warehouse of manuals....
As someone that has been in this business, I can say that the good
days are long gone. The manual business today is on its last legs.
If he is lucky, someone will haul away the manuals for free.
